How does Arredatutto.it work?

Arredatutto.it distributes products from complete catalogs of the best brands of appliances, furniture and occasionals, according to the model of virtual reseller.
The goal is to offer them at lowest price in brief times of delivery. All this with particular attention to the customer service to the purchase assistance, to extra services, to products' delivering and to the after sales.

To make available to customers more than 10.000 products Arredatutto.it has created a net of stocking warehouses and suppliers, coordinated from a central warehouse.

The decentralized structure of arredatutto.it

The logistic net of Arredatutto.it is composed from over 15 warehouses. The products shown on the site are those that the producers make available. In the case in which they had become exhausted in our external warehouses, we have accords with suppliers to receive the products in abuot 7-10 working days.

Through this system we are able, except exceptional cases, to deliver appliances in between 7 and 12 working days and furniture in about 20 working days. These delivery's times are middle and it is not possible to estabilish the precise time for each product,because it depends also from the moment in which the order is effected.

The real delivery to our warehouses could be delayed without any warning, because of external events. Arredatutto.it and its suppliers are not responsible in any way for the possible delays about the forecasts of arrival pointed out. Arredatutto.it will informed you on your order status.

We have divided the buying process in four phases on Arredatutto.it, so that it is clear everything that happens from the ordination to the day of the delivery (we want to remind you that all showed times are average).

The phases of the order

The order is processed when we receive the confirmation of payment.

Paying with credit card or at delivery the confirmation is automatic.
Paying with a wire transfer, the payment confirmation must be send from the customer, by fax or e-mail.

When the order is processed, the product is booked at the warehouse of competence.
The customer receives an e-mail that communicates the new status "in process".

The external warehouses take the bookings, the stocked products are prepared, but the products that aren't in our warehouse are ordered to the producers, that middly deliver them from 7 to 12 working days.

Every 3-7 days the products that are in the external warehouse are transported in the central one.

Every week the orders in progress are controlled and in case of delays, the customer is informed about the situation of his order.

When the products arrive at the central warehouse, they are associated to the order and grouped according the delivery zone. If some products require an additional package,we apply it.

Our staff organizes tours of delivery and by telephone arranges with the costumer the delivery times.

If the consignment is by courier, the customer receives an e-mail with all necessary information.

We send in all regions of Italy and Europe every consignment are effected with notice. The formality of consignment are different according to the destination and the type of commodity.
