From the first November 2007 the producer who comply to Ecodom will apply their environmental contributions for the disposal and the recovery of the electric and electronic products that go off. Arredatutto.it will specify, for every products the ammount of the environmental contribution.
An environmental contribution entirely dedicated to the management of Swill that come from Electrical and Electronic Equipments.
TAmong the news introduced by the national regulation in matter of RAEE the most important goes over the introduction of the principe of responsibility of the Producer: the producers of Electrical and Electronic Equipments have to take on the management of the products come to an end,guaranteeing the correct treatment and the recovery of the second raw materials.
Among the new obligations, the producers can apply an overpriced, defines “Eco-contributo RAEE”, to support the costs about the management of RAEE.
The’Eco-contributo RAEE isn't a fee, but the instrument expected from the European and national regulation for the financing of the new sytem for the management of RAEE realized from the producers.
L’Eco-contributo RAEE constitutes an overpriced on the back of the consumer at the act of the purchase of a new AEE and it is exclusively oriented at the financing of the managemente of the RAEE.
The value of the Eco-contributo RAEE detected for every typology of product will allow at the consortium at the consortium Ecodom to cover every costs bind at the process of collecting, recovery,treatment and disposal of garbage come from the electronic and electrical equipment, without procreate any profit neither for the associate producers nor for Ecodom.

THE CONSORTIUM OF ECODOM
Ecodom - Italian consortium for the recovery and recycling oh household electrical appliances – è the volunteer consortium, without order of profit, constituted in the 2004 from the main producers who operate in theitalian market of the big household electrical appliance.
Ecodom is the consortium that on account of their associates manages the transport, treatment, recycle,recovery and disposal activity of not professional big household elecrtical appliance (cold, cooking, washing, hoods and water heaters) in the full respect of the Legislative Decree 151/05 in matter of RAEE.
Among the connected products Ecodom includes the major Producer, national and international, of the big household electrical appliances not professional (cold, cooking, washing, hoods and water heaters) working in the italian market. A total of 37 firms producer of big household electrical appliances on rapresentation of about the 75% of the italian market.
