STANDARD SERVICES

APPLIANCE INSTALLATION

Built-in appliances
Our qualified professionals will assemble your appliances and pick-up packages.
The price is for the single appliance. Cooktops, pipes and connections will always be charged to the customer.
Our staff members will mount  and adjust new models to existing collections (provided their dimensions match up).
Additional work is considered extra and further interventions should be decided upon on the premises.

Freestanding appliances
Our professionals will install your appliance, connect it to electricity and perform a test run.

Removing the used appliances
Our dismounting service is provided just in case you have requested the installation.
Our team will remove your old appliance and install the new one.
Pick-up service is not included but can be requested from the product sheet (see next point).
 

USED PRODUCTS PICK-UP SERVICE

To get rid of used products,  simply contact your nearest recycling center and follow the directions. If you wish to leave to us the pick-up, transportation and disposal of used products, just select this service from the product sheet before adding it to cart.

The cost of the service includes transportation and disposal fees.
 

FURNITURE ASSEMBLY

When buying furniture you require fitting service which includes delivery to the floor. The price varies depending on the order: Bathrooms are available when the price is reported in the product description page.


INSTALLATION OF AIR CONDITIONERS

The installation of air conditioners can be of two types: basic setup (when the facility is already equipped) and  full installation (if necessary to provide the facility).

This service is provided by CEVA Logistics experts all over Italy and, depending on the type of installation requested, includes:

- Basic installation.

    * Fixing of external Split.
    * Connection of appliance interior and exterior refrigerant lines.
    * Electrical wiring.
    * Installation of electrical cables on existing entry

- Full installation.

    * 1 hole in brickwork, up to 400 mm per  Split.
    * For each unit, coibentato copper refrigeration tubing up to 3 meters.
    * For each unit, electrical cable connecting internal and external unit, up to 3 meters.
    * For each unit, flexible corrugated  drain.
    * For each unit,  anti-UV raceway protecting refrigeration pipes, up to 3 meters.
    * For each unit, electrical wiring    
    * External unit positioned on the balcony.


EXTENSION OF WARRANTY (Italy only)

Ensure your purchase with Arredatutto.it warranty extension “EXTEN5A”.

EXTEN5A helps protect your purchases for an additional 36 months after the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty. All maintenance and after-sale services will be extended accordingly.

Exten5a
In order to activate "Exten5a" extended warranty, you need to fill out a form and return it, together with a copy of the receipt and the original manufacturer’s warranty, via registered mail to D2A. (not later than one year from the date of purchase of consumer electronics  items with a gross value exceeding EUR 150.00.
D2A will then act as a contractor and take out, on behalf of the Client, an insurance contract that, according to the terms and conditions outlined on the site www.arredatutto.it, will extend coverage of repair and replacement costs.

SERVICE AND LIFE

Exten5a extended coverage will begin the day after the expiration of the" legal guarantee ", as provided for by legislative decree 24/02, for a period not exceeding 60 months from the purchase of the property.
The warranty extension will be provided in the same manner and under the same terms set out in the original manufacturer's warranty and will become effective as of the date of purchase.

Repair for each unit, within validity of this extension, it will cost more than that provided by the coupons purchased (500, 1,000, 2,000, or 5,000 euros).
The warranty extension won’t cover any damages or faults excluded from the original manufacturer's warranty and resulted from customer’s negligence or fraudulent behavior, components wearing out  / insured or due to normal wear of components.
If you detect the latter case the D2A will immediately notify an estimate for the eventual purpose of repair.
To repair the goods there is no excess payable by the customer.

DELIVERY METHODS

D2A provides customers with information services aimed at  facilitating the use of manufacturer's warranty.
Customer from the first day after the expiry of the "legal guarantee" using "Exten5a" may well repair the failure at no additional cost.
In case of irreparable damages or whenever the costs of repair outweighs benefits, the  purchase price  will be reimbursed  the property reduced to an annual rate of 10% of the value.

CUSTOMIZED SERVICES

For these services you request a quote to info@arredatutto.it in some cases you may need a visit.
If after you order, the cost of the visit will be discounted from the cost of the order.

FURNITURE ADAPTATION

You may need to enlarge a hole for the stove one door or cut to fit a new model of refrigerator. Arredatutto.it staff is able to perform all of these types of changes.
