Do you ship to my country?

• If you buy several products, shipment will be combined and you will save some money.

does NOT require registration!

QUALITY OF SERVICE

The delivery method varies, depending on destination, goods type and extra services (installation, removal used, etc.) you might have requested if available.
All deliveries are made with prior notice.
The customer is contacted by phone or via email at least 24 hours in advance.

 

TYPES OF COURIER

Specialized courier

We usually employ couriers specialized in the transport of furniture and appliances: heavy and bulky, yet delicate items.
They do not work in a hurry and treat items with care. For example, they do not move items through automated rollers, from which they may  fall. This way, the goods will not arrive in a few hours, but it will be in perfect condition.

In addition, some carriers can offer extra services such as home delivery, assembly, dismantling  and withdrawal of your used products.

Express courier
When we opt for an express courier company, we provide a second extra packaging to ensure the products' integrity.
Extra packaging costs are already included in the price of delivery which is automatically calculated by the shopping cart. This explains why shipping costs for some products (e.g. synthetic sinks, glass tables, etc.) seem high.

Deliveries by Arredatutto.it
In the areas of Milano and province, and within 40-50 km around the city, deliveries are made ​​directly by the staff of Arredatutto.it - Your product could not be in safer hands!
Our staff is offering all extra services.
 


TYPES OF DELIVERY

The types of delivery available in your area will be displayed in your shopping cart, after you enter your product(s) and specify Country,  Province and postal code.

Standard Shipping

This type of delivery is available in Italy and throughout Europe.
The goods are delivered at the roadside at the house (no home floor delivery or in-house delivery).
The delivery is always preceded by notice.

Delivery at home

The goods are taken into the house by appointment, in the areas covered by our services: click here for us discover where or see the map on the right.
The cost varies depending on items, location and level.

For very heavy items it is necessary to request a quote: side-by-side refrigerators, large BBQ's, stoves, etc.. often require hiring an hydraulic platform to be brought in the house.

Pickup Point

Our Pick-up Point is located in Seveso (near Milan).
When the products are ready for collection, the customer receives an email and can collect the order.

The Customer can also send a courier to collect the products at the Pick-up Point. This way, customers can obtain delivery even in countries outside Europe.



 


Transport damage

It may happen that during transport an object from being damaged or lost.
These events are extremely rare and protect themselves is simple : at the reception, the client must carefully check the goods and in case of failure to sign subject to the transport document .
Here all the details.

Required checks to the Client upon receipt of the goods

Please check:  
• the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is stated in the document (DDT)
• that the packages are intact (not wet, punched, folded or otherwise)

Any external damage or the mismatch in the number of packages shall be immediately notified in writing to the operator making the delivery, adding the word " STOCK CONTROL PRODUCT for ... (explain) "on the appropriate accompanying document that the carrier asked to sign.
For example, the Customer may write " SUBJECT TO INSPECTION PRODUCT for damaged package "or" STOCK CONTROL PRODUCT for non-delivery of a package . " 

Warning: IF YOU ACCEPT THE GOODS AND SIGNING THE DELIVERY WITHOUT affix the necessary reserves, THEN DO NOT CLAIM any missing or damaged during shipping.

Any disputes must be reported as later confirmed within 7 days with:
• a letter to THE COURIER (whose address is shown on the accompanying document) with the request to open a practice of giving
• an email notification info@arredatutto.it

Upon receipt of the email client, we also ask the carrier to open a practice of giving, then give you all documentation that is requested.
Once approved ( by the carrier and at its sole discretion) refund for the damage caused, we will refund the customer or ordered for him a substitute, replacing the damaged or lost.

To guard against hidden defects (not shown sight unseen), we advise the customer to open the package and check the integrity of the goods first to sign the movement document and to dismiss the operator.
In case this is not possible, any hidden defects not reported when received must be reported by registered THE COURIER , whose address is shown on the accompanying document, within 7 days.
For information must also be sent an email to info@arredatutto.it, along with photos of products and packaging. D2A Services is committed, without liability and without being able to ensure the success of the complaint, to assist the client in the request to open a practice of damage to the carrier.

If delivery is made ​​directly by our staff , all reports should be sent only to D2A Services, at info@arredatutto.it

Any reports received after the deadline will not be taken into account.
For each statement, the customer assumes full responsibility for the statements.


NOTE: Expenditure on stock

If the customer does not have the opportunity to receive the goods once ready, can inform us by email, indicating when we ship your order (or when he can pick it up to Pick-up Point).
No cost of storage is due in these cases , provided that the alert is sent before the order is shipped.

When nothing is indicated by the first customer of postage, any costs of storage will be charged to the customer .
Also storage costs due to non-compliance with appointments deggli delivery will be charged to the customer
